"Sonny"

Meet Sonny, a 20-year-old Dun Quarter Horse. He's a true gentleman who has packed into the Oregon wilderness. His favorite treats are butter mints and plain doughnuts.

"Jake & Feathers"

Two registered Quarter Horses, Jake- a 19 yr. old on the left and Feathers 26 yrs. old. They are enjoying the flowers in Southern New Mexico after a rainy summer. Their owner Sharyn says, "Jake is a great horse to ride on our desert trails; he is just wonderful character. Sadly, we lost Feathers to colic a year after this photo was taken. Losing her left a big hole in my life but having lots of great photos helps keep the memories; she always did and has a big place in my heart."

"Minuette"

This is Minuette, a 16 year old Hanoverian/TB mare. Her owner Mary says, "she is a joy to jump, and has taught me more about living than anything else in this world." Minnie is a total "red-headed" diva. Her favorite treats are carrots and Speedi-Beet Treats.

"Tyson"

Tyson is a 4.5 year old Gypsy Vanner who is the talk of the barn. He is extremely friendly and loves to be petted. He likes to run around the pen and do "airs above ground" while making a squeaking noise. His favorite treats are carrots, but he does not refuse apples or other treats.

"Shelly"

Shelly is a 9yr. old Arabian mare. She has 795 endurance miles and enjoys endurance events ranging from 50 to 65 miles per day. Shelly is kind, patient, and takes care of her rider. Her favorite treat is beet pulp mash with carrots. Her owner Patty is a member of the American Endurance Ride Conference who says, "While sharing a special, unspoken bond we marvel at the beauty we see in our travels."
