A: No. Personalization is free unless noted otherwise.
Q: How do I personalize the item I have selected?
A: You'll be able to personalize the products on the product detail page when ordering. You
will be asked to specify the name, words, initials or monogram as they should appear.
Q: How many letters can I include on the product I've selected?
A: The number of characters (which includes letters, punctuation and spacing) varies from
item to item. Please consult the product's description for personalization specifications.
Q: What style of personalization do you offer?
A: Each particular product is customized with a particular typeface and style of personalization
(i.e. printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.). The method of personalization is usually
included in the product description, and style of font is shown in the accompanying
photograph.
Q: What is the difference between initials and a monogram?
A: Initials can be a single initial, the first and last, or first, middle and last initial of
a person's name - in that order. The number of initials that can be placed on an
item is detailed in each product's description. A monogram, however, is always three
initials of the person's name, with the last name initial appearing centered in
a larger font. We ask, however, that when entering a monogram, you always list the
initials in the exact order they should appear. If you want the initial for the
last name in the center, enter the letters accordingly. E.g., John Michael Smith
would be JSM.
Q: How can I order more than one piece of the same item, each with different personalization?
A: If you would like to order multiple items and wish to personalize each one differently,
personalize them and add them to your Cart one at a time.
